Delivery & return policy

Overview

For the deliveries of the webshop, Fitter BV works together with Bpost & PostNL. They will deliver your package via their network.

If on stock, an item will be handed over to one of our partners in 1 to 2 working days. Delivery in Belgium takes place within 1 working day after ordering. Delivery in The Netherlands usually within 4 workings days. International deliveries can take longer, depending on the location.

Careful: some products can be put up for sale in “pre-order”, in that case pay close attention to the stated delivery date on the product page – usually between 7 to 9 weeks after the closing the pre-order.

If your package fits in the letterbox, the courier will leave it there. If not, a delivery attempt will be made. Is nobody home? Then the courier takes your package back and tries to schedule a new delivery attempt.

We charge €6 shipping costs for Belgium/The Netherlands, €10 for France, Germany, Croatia, Italy, Austria, Spain and Portugal. If you need an order delivered to another country, please contact us via christophe@trenara.com.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Does your item not fit or is it not what you expected? Then you can return it to us within 14 calendar days. The item will then be refunded and you can place a new order in the webshop. Careful: sale & pre-order items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please follow the following procedure:

1. Send us an e-mail, stating what’s causing the return.

2. Send your package to the following address:

3. The shipping costs associated with your return are at your charge.

4. We will do the necessary and keep you informed of the status of your return.

To be eligible for a refund of the purchase price, the returned product must be unused or unworn and original packaging materials must still be intact. New and unused means that there are no stains on the article, that the article has no perfume or smoke odor and that the labels show no signs of use. In addition, labels attached to the product must still be attached to the product. Items damaged by wearing or fitting cannot be returned. All returned items are inspected upon entry.
